They are litterally called "little dragon wraps." These "shiao long bao" are only 35 NT--or about $1.06 US dollars.

ReplyDeleteHi Faith. "Shiao long bao" are filled with pork and veggies. And kinda like a giant Chinese ravioli. Most people eat with soysauce and if you are Taiwanese--you would 9 times out of ten also add a spicy sauce to the mix.

I have not had a chance to make it. I will try one day soon. I miss any kind of nightmarket food. But, I really miss Taiwanese lychees the most.
