You asked about "wet market." No, in Chinese it's called "vegetable market." (We don't call it a morning market. Interesting! We do have night markets, but they sell clothes and such.) The term wet market is something I see only in English. I actually say "veggie market," but in doing research online I found that the common English term is wet market.
